💅 1. No refunds for issues caused by the client
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

Damage to nails after leaving the salon due to accidental breakage, chemical exposure, or personal activities.

If the client alters, removes, or interferes with the nails after the service.

If the client changes their mind after the service is completed.

Failure to follow our aftercare instructions.
🌷 2. Complimentary correction for technical issues
If there is a technical issue caused by our staff, we will gladly offer a free correction within 3 days of the original service.
Please provide your receipt or photos taken right after your appointment.
