💅 1. No refunds for issues caused by the client

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Damage to nails after leaving the salon due to accidental breakage, chemical exposure, or personal activities.

  • If the client alters, removes, or interferes with the nails after the service.

  • If the client changes their mind after the service is completed.

  • Failure to follow our aftercare instructions.

🌷 2. Complimentary correction for technical issues

If there is a technical issue caused by our staff, we will gladly offer a free correction within 3 days of the original service.
Please provide your receipt or photos taken right after your appointment.
